  1. Inventory and Serialize hard drive(s) being destroyed
  2. Remove hard drive logic board
  3. Physical destruction with our patent pending hard drive destruction machine
  4. e-Destruction Certificate is issued once destruction of the hard drive(s) is complete  
  • $40.00 Diagnostics Fee Most computers that come into R2S for repair will require diagnostics of software or hardware. If you choose to have your item repaired after it has been diagnosed by our technicians then $20 of this fee will go towards the repair. 
  • $75.00 Virus Removal with Tune Up a Computer virus is one of the most common reasons why people bring us their computers. This is because there is no 100% protection  from a virus if you are online and visiting websites. At some point all of us have experienced or know someone that has had a computer virus. One of the main symptoms is your computer takes a long time (One minute or longer)  to do  a simple task. 
  • $75.00 Laptop Screen Replacement This service does NOT include the price of the laptop screen.
